Sandwich Like Never Before Paneer tikka sandwich is a new way to serve Paneer Tikka basically. Cottage Cheese is cut circular and a series of the pieces are added to a stick and Spices, Lemon, Chilli, and Oil are pasted on the surface. Then it is sent directly to the Barbeque till it achieves the perfect taste as judged from its color by the chef.
It is obviously not meant to eat by a single person as it is quite heavy and monotonous but any day better than the regular Paneer Tikka Sandwich. Available at Turque restaurant by Sayaji Pune
